Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in customer service and store operations.
• Handle customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide top-notch customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of following company policies, multitasking, and working both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
