Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to contribute to store improvement.
• Participate in inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
