Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
