Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Summary

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise display.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet all applicable state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
