Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
