We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
