Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store issues.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store is well-organized.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
