Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
