Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, customer service, and maintaining the overall store appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
