Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with team members. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
