Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers in their shopping experience, and contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of operating store equipment and general cleaning procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
