Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
