Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products on shelves
• Operate cash register and provide efficient service to customers
• Clean and organize the store to uphold ALDI standards
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
