Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain clean store environment
• Provide feedback on products and inventory

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Good communication skills
• Experience in retail preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and handle cash transactions
