Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on product quality and issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for this position.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment like a hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
