Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of appearance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
