Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $17.00 with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties and following company policies.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
