As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory monitoring and compliance with cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capacity to use store equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
