Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
