Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's excellent appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and cleaning equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently or in a team setting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with local laws
