We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, providing top-notch customer service and contributing to the store's overall success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
