Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
