Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall operations of the store. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
