Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and share feedback with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
