Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
