Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) at all times.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to improve customer experience.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate retail equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
