Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and be a key part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store in top condition. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and procedural matters
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to use store equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Combination of education and experience considered
