Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
