Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operations
• Skilled in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
