Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
