Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's impeccable appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
