Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and give feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Follow company policies, stay organized, pay attention to detail, and multitask effectively.
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
