Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and our customers receive top-notch service. From cashiering to cleaning, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
