Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling equipment safely.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
