Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
