Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
