Job Description

We are hiring a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate closely with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Take part in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
