Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s appearance, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with your team
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on products
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
