We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
