We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Proficiency in cashiering and operating equipment
• Ability to handle merchandise and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
