As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and follow ALDI's operational guidelines.
• Manage customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and efficiently restock shelves.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
