Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will be an integral part of the team that keeps the store looking its best and creates a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with company policies preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent.
