Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks following the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Report product feedback to management and assist in inventory monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
