Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
