Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Work with equipment like hand jacks, scrubbers, and balers.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
