Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our dedicated team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
