Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
