Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and adhere to company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
