Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and ensure confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Capability to perform cleaning duties and follow company procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Organizational skills, teamwork, and ability to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
