Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
